Refund & Cancellation Policy

Victory Institute of Science, Technology and Management (VISTM) follows a transparent and structured Refund & Cancellation Policy. Students and parents are advised to read the following terms carefully before confirming admission.

1. Seat Booking & Registration

• The amount paid for Seat Booking and Registration is non-refundable.
• Once a seat is reserved in any program, this fee will not be returned under any circumstances.

2. Withdrawal After Seat Booking

If a student decides to cancel their admission after the seat booking process is completed, the following refund rules apply to the remaining tuition fees:

• Within 15 Days of Seat Booking: A partial refund may be processed after deducting charges and the non-refundable booking amount.
• After 15–30 Days of Seat Booking: Only 50% of the tuition fee (if paid) will be refundable.
• Beyond 30 Days of Booking: No request for a refund will be entertained, regardless of whether the student has attended classes or not.
